HYPERPROLACTINEMIA AND ITS COMPARISION WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM IN INFERTILE WOMEN

Introduction :Human infertility is a complex global health problem. It has multiple social consequences which are especially profound for thyroid hormones in with the aim of determining degree association hyper prolactinemia our population. Materials and method:In this study, we investigated women who were casesof infertility, attended Biochemistry Department, RV Metropolis, Bangalore, India, hormonal evaluations. Thirty fertile similar ages enrolled as controls. The status dysfunction levels serum prolactin reviewed infertile Prolactin stimulating hormone measured by using Roche reagents COBAS 8000 Instruments. Results: In group found to be high compared those control they highly significant (p<0.0001). TSH high, Conclusion: therefore Concluded that hyperprolactinemia may major contributory factor among such , estimation should included work up hyperprolactinemia.
